Returning to a Store
You can return most items in new, unused condition and preferably in original packaging within 28 days of delivery. The 28 days starts the day after delivery to your home or store. This service is free in most Next stores, excluding airport and Fabled locations. Bring your delivery note when returning in-store. Some items cannot be returned in-store; see the EXCEPTIONS TO THE RETURNS POLICY for details. Items bought in-store with a Next Directory or nextpay card must be returned to a store. Late returns may be refused or refunded via eVoucher.
Returns Via Courier
Most items can be returned in new, unused condition within 28 days. Returns from home cost £2.50 per collection, which will be deducted from your refund if paid by card or PayPal. If you used a Next credit account, the charge will be added to your account. The £4.95 delivery charge is refundable if the whole order is returned. Late returns may be refused or refunded via eVoucher.
Using an Evri Parcel Shop to Return an Order
Fashion and small homeware items can be returned at an Evri Parcel Shop with the ‘peel off’ returns label from the original note. Returns must be made within 28 days. Certain items, including those delivered by two-person delivery, cannot be returned via Evri. Returns cost £2.50 per collection, deducted from your refund or added to your Next credit account. Late returns may be refused or refunded via eVoucher.
Returns by Post
To return by post, call 0333 777 4574# for a returns label. Items must be in new, unused condition and returned within 28 days. A £2.50 charge applies per return, deducted from your refund or added to your Next credit account. Late returns may be refused or refunded via eVoucher.
Exceptions to the Returns Policy
Certain items cannot be returned, including those delivered by two-person delivery, personalised items, and large homeware if delivery is refused. A £30 charge applies for large items if returned. Hygiene reasons prevent returns of unsealed cosmetics, toiletries, and mattresses. Perishable items and gift cards cannot be returned. Returned items not in new condition will not be refunded. Refund Cards
Refund Cards can be used for in-store purchases only and cannot be exchanged for cash or used online. We may request your address to monitor refund usage. The card balance can be checked by calling 0333 777 8800# in the UK. The card expires 24 months after the last use, and Next is not responsible for lost or damaged cards.
Next High Returns Policy
Next may limit or close your account if your returns rate is deemed too high. We will notify you and work to improve this, but continued high returns may lead to account closure. Next reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, without affecting your statutory rights.
